Pro-Action is an independent charity operating as an infrastructure & support organisation to other charities and organisations working with young people within Hertfordshire. These affiliated organisations, youth clubs and projects work directly with over 40,000 young people on a regular basis. As the voluntary youth sector representatives Pro-Action aims to work in partnership with the statutory sector and private providers to bring direct benefit to young people and voluntary youth organisations. The partnerships Pro-Action engages with cover a wide range of public service delivery, such as Youth Connexions, Local Strategic Partnerships and the Children’s Trust Partnerships at both county and district levels.
Pro-Action works closely with its affiliated members to provide them with a range of services and development opportunities.
