Silver, builds on the achievements of the Bronze by looking in more detail at:
- The work of your organisation
- How the work is delivered
- What your organisation provides
- How this improves the personal development of young people
The Silver level focuses on how young people can take part in developing and delivering the programmes and how they can be introduced to various management aspects of your organisation. Evidence is collected in an electronic format on a USB memory stick.
Areas covered in the Silver award are; Focus on Young People, Outcomes for Young People, Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, Staff & Volunteers, Premises & Resources - Safety for All, Leadership & Management, Partnerships - Working with Others. There are between 6 and 10 standards within each section of this award, which require evidence of your practice.
